Cremona officials meet to advance Oglio river Bailey bridge project

Roberto Mariani, President of the Province of Cremona, has called for a meeting on October 30 to discuss the progress of the Bailey bridge project over the Oglio river. The project aims to reconnect the municipalities of Calvatone (CR) and Acquanegra sul Chiese (MN).

The meeting, held at the Province of Cremona headquarters, will focus on the status of the procedure and the necessary steps to finalize a convention with the Italian Army. Mariani has also invited Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Defense, Isabella Rauti, to provide updates and support for the administrative and technical processes required to complete the vital link.
