Crescita files circular for special meeting and interim order in ClinActiv arrangement

LAVAL, Quebec — Crescita Therapeutics Inc. (TSX: CTX; OTC US: CRRTF) announced that it has filed and mailed the management information circular and related materials for a special meeting of its shareholders to be held on May 14, 2026 in person, in connection with an arrangement with ClinActiv Holdings.

The company also disclosed that it has received an interim order in respect of the ClinActiv arrangement, and that the Circular and related materials have been mailed to shareholders as part of the meeting process.
