Crescita Therapeutics Shareholders Approve ClinActiv Acquisition

Crescita Therapeutics Inc., a biopharmaceutical company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: CTX) and OTC US (CRRTF), held a special meeting of shareholders in Laval, Québec. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of a special resolution approving the previously announced plan of arrangement that will see Crescita acquired by ClinActiv Holdings.

The approval formalises the pending transaction between the two companies, completing the steps required for the acquisition to proceed.
