Cresol named best company to work for in Paraná

Cresol, a cooperative financial institution, has been named the best company to work for in the state of Paraná by Great Place to Work (GPTW) in the large companies category. The recognition is based on employee perceptions regarding leadership trust, respect, and professional relationships.

In Paraná, Cresol employs over 4,000 people across 223 service points, serving more than 320,000 members. Nationally, the cooperative employs over 12,000 people across 20 states. This award follows previous recognitions for the institution, including being ranked as the top company to work for in the Brazilian agribusiness sector.

Additionally, the cooperative is conducting its ‘Cooperar é Ganhar’ campaign, which distributes prizes to members for their investments. The campaign features monthly draws and a total prize pool exceeding R$ 12 million.
