Crete Innovation Center hosts educational visit for Lasithi officials

On October 29, 2026, educational officials from the Lasithi Secondary Education Directorate conducted an introductory visit to the Crete Innovation Center. Located within the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete in Heraklion, the center hosted the group to demonstrate how modern technologies can be integrated into the classroom.

The visit, organized by Director Katsagolis, included school principals and staff from Lasithi. Participants engaged in a three-hour program featuring demonstrations and hands-on experience with various technological tools. The goal was to explore how these resources can enhance experiential, collaborative, and investigative learning for students and educators in the region.
