Crevan private island in Venice Lagoon listed for €5.5 million

The private island of Crevan, located in the Venice Lagoon, has been put on the market for €5.5 million. Situated approximately 7.5 kilometers from mainland Venice, the 5,700 square meter property offers lush vegetation and views of neighboring islands such as Burano and Torcello.

The property features a restored Napoleonic-era fortress that was converted into a 215 square meter residence. The home maintains its original mid-20th-century layout and includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. For maritime access, the island is equipped with a dock and two boat moorings, and it is accessible only by water or helicopter.

Dimitri Corti, founder and CEO of Lionard Luxury Real Estate, noted that the island provides a rare opportunity to remain close to the city while maintaining a sense of complete separation from it.
