Criciúma police investigate gang rape of 16-year-old girl

The Civil Police of Santa Catarina are investigating a gang rape involving a 16-year-old girl in Criciúma. According to reports, the victim was allegedly taken into a vehicle by four men, where two held her down while the others committed the assault.

Following the attack, the teenager was reportedly left on the street without clothing. A delivery driver who discovered her and offered assistance is also under investigation for allegedly attempting sexual advances toward the victim, including unwanted touching and kissing, while she was being rescued.

The Child, Adolescent and Elderly Protection Police Station (DPCAI) is leading the investigation. The victim has undergone a forensic medical examination as authorities work to reconstruct the sequence of events and identify the suspects.
