Rinku Singh and Priya Saroj to marry in Lucknow on December 4

Indian cricketer Rinku Singh and Samajwadi Party Member of Parliament Priya Saroj are scheduled to marry on December 4, 2026. The wedding ceremony will be held at the Ramada Hotel in Lucknow.

The couple previously became engaged on June 8, 2025, at The Centrum Hotel in Lucknow. A prior wedding plan in Varanasi was postponed following the death of Rinku Singh’s father, Khanchand Singh.

The relationship began during the COVID-19 pandemic while the Indian Premier League was being held in Mumbai. Rinku Singh noted that he first discovered Priya Saroj through a fan page and initiated contact after she interacted with his social media posts. The high-profile event is expected to draw prominent figures from the worlds of sports and politics.
