In Campina Grande, Civil Police arrested a 30-year-old man previously convicted of 28 counts of fraud involving emergency aid (Auxílio Emergencial) and illegal possession of a firearm. The individual was returned to a closed prison regime after failing to comply with electronic monitoring conditions.
