Tarija authorities investigate fatal shooting in Las Panosas

Authorities in Tarija are investigating the murder of 28-year-old Nicolás Alejandro Antezana Guzmán, who was shot in the head in the Las Panosas neighborhood. Security footage shows a suspect following the victim for several meters before the attack.

Investigators are analyzing the victim's mobile phone and reviewing footage from three security cameras to identify the perpetrator. A .22 caliber shell casing was recovered at the scene. While several hypotheses are being considered, including personal conflict or revenge, police have not yet confirmed a specific motive.
