Cris Cyborg delays retirement after 30th MMA victory

Following her 30th professional MMA victory against Ketlen Vieira at PFL Tampa, 41-year-old Cris Cyborg has declined to confirm her retirement. Although she previously suggested her career might end after 2026, the Brazilian fighter stated she intends to take a break and “see what happens.”

During the event in Florida, Cyborg issued a direct challenge to UFC women's bantamweight champion Kayla Harrison, who was present in the arena. Cyborg accused Harrison of avoiding a confrontation and expressed readiness to fight her.

Cyborg, who has held titles across major organizations including Strikeforce, Invicta FC, UFC, Bellator, and PFL, noted that despite her age, she still possesses a competitive drive. Her future remains uncertain as she evaluates her next steps following the completion of her current contract with PFL.
