Cristian Chivu discusses Inter Milan coaching philosophy and transfers

Inter Milan head coach Cristian Chivu has shared insights into his coaching philosophy and his approach to the highs and lows of professional football. In a recent interview, the former Inter player emphasized his desire to remain authentic, stating that he refuses to wear a 'mask' to hide his true self despite the pressures of the industry.

Chivu noted that he treats success and failure with the same emotional stability, avoiding both euphoria and depression. He aims to manage player stress by being understanding and maintaining stability within the dressing room.

Regarding recent squad developments, Chivu commented on the integration of English players Jed Spence, Curtis Jones, and John Stones. He noted that Spence and Jones have adapted very quickly to the team's philosophy, while Stones' integration has been slightly more complex due to injury concerns.
