Cesena to sell striker Cristian Shpendi to Cremonese for 4 million euros

Cesena is undergoing significant roster changes in the Serie B transfer market. The club has reached an agreement to sell striker Cristian Shpendi to Cremonese for 4 million euros. Shpendi, who scored 49 goals in 141 appearances for Cesena, is expected to play his final match for the club against Virtus Entella before completing the permanent move.

To address the loss of Shpendi, sporting director Andrea Mancini is working on several replacements. The club is nearing a deal to bring back Nicholas Pierini from Sassuolo. Additionally, Cesena is targeting new center-forwards, with Gennaro Borrelli from Cagliari and Alessandro Abiuso from Carrarese among the names being considered. The club has also secured the loan of Norwegian midfielder Emil Bohinen from Venezia.
