Cristiano Ronaldo wedding rumor dismissed as false

Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez were photographed in Mallorca wearing matching diamond rings, which sparked rumours that they would marry on 1 August 2026 at the historic Quinta da Regaleira estate in Sintra, Portugal. A digital invitation allegedly shown on the Portuguese TV programme V+ Fama listed a 5 p.m. ceremony and a black‑dress code. Multiple media outlets, including ¡HOLA! and local Portuguese press, have reported that the invitation is fake and no wedding is scheduled for that weekend. The venue is confirmed to be open to tourists on the date and to host a concert, casting further doubt on a private ceremony. Ronaldo previously said he would marry after the 2026 World Cup, which Portugal exited in the round of 16. The couple have been engaged since August 2025 and share five children, but have not confirmed any wedding plans.
