Cristiano Ronaldo Expands into Entertainment Production

Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo, a five‑time Ballon d’Or winner, is moving further into the entertainment sector. He has taken an executive‑producer and on‑screen role in the animated superhero franchise “Striker Force 7,” a project developed with Graphic India and VMS Communications that aims to span animation, comics, publishing, gaming and digital content.

Ronaldo is also set to star in and executive‑produce a scripted drama series titled “Day 1s,” produced by his own studio UR·Marv in partnership with filmmaker Matthew Vaughn. The London‑based production will feature actors such as Damian Lewis, with guest appearances expected from Thierry Henry and rapper Dave. The series follows a fictional soccer‑agent storyline and represents the studio’s first television venture. These moves come as Ronaldo continues his playing career with Saudi club Al‑Nassr and follows Portugal’s recent exit from the World Cup.
