Cristiano Ronaldo showcases custom diamond-set Cartier Santos watch

Football star Cristiano Ronaldo has drawn attention to his luxury watch collection after appearing in a social media post wearing a highly customized Cartier Santos 100 XL Chronograph.

The timepiece is a personalized version of the iconic model, which was originally designed by Louis Cartier for aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont. Ronaldo’s specific watch has been customized by Time 4 Diamonds, featuring a case, bezel, and clasp completely encrusted with diamonds, paired with a deep red strap.

The display of the luxury item follows recent news regarding Ronaldo’s status with the Portuguese national team. After a conflict with coach Jorge Jesus led to Ronaldo leaving a training camp early in September, the Portuguese Football Federation imposed a 30-day suspension and a 255 euro fine on October 19. The penalty allows the player to potentially participate in national team matches in November.
