Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has five children, whose births occurred under various circumstances throughout his life. The athlete has maintained a high level of privacy regarding the identities of the mothers of some of his children.

His eldest, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., was born in the United States in 2010. Ronaldo has assumed full responsibility for his upbringing and has requested privacy for both the child and the mother due to a mutual agreement. In 2017, Ronaldo welcomed twins, Eva María and Mateo, via surrogacy in the United States; he has also chosen to keep the identity of their surrogate private.

His daughter Alana Martina, born in Madrid in 2017, is the first child he shares with his partner, Georgina Rodríguez. Unlike his previous children, her birth was publicly celebrated by the couple, and Rodríguez plays an active maternal role in the family.
