Cáritas Diocesana de Beja launches toy drive for vulnerable children

The Cáritas Diocesana de Beja (CDB) has launched a solidarity campaign titled “Sorrisos para pequenos corações” (Smiles for little hearts). The initiative aims to provide joy to children and families in vulnerable situations supported by the institution during the Christmas season.

Community members are encouraged to donate either new toys or used toys. For used items, the organization specifies they must be clean, complete, in good condition, and fully functional. There is no requirement to wrap the donations.

Donations can be delivered until December 7 at the Cáritas Diocesana de Beja facilities located on Rua Afonso Lopes Vieira, number 18, in Beja. Collection hours are from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00.
