CRO Commerce conference to focus on eCommerce and Black Friday in Zagreb

The eighth edition of the CRO Commerce conference, powered by Shipshape, is scheduled to take place on October 13, 2026, at the Mozaik Event Center in Zagreb. As the largest regional conference dedicated to internet commerce, the event will bring together web store owners, directors, and experts in digital marketing, logistics, payments, and technology.

A central theme of this year's program is preparing for Black Friday. A dedicated panel titled ‘How to prepare for Black Friday 2026’ will feature experts including Dijana Kladar, Dario Begonja, Goran Blagus, Marko Pačar, Robert Petković, Aron Stanić, and Dino Oreški. The discussion will cover campaign planning, web store optimization, logistics, inventory management, and customer experience.

Other topics include the application of artificial intelligence in eCommerce, legal and regulatory issues, and payment solutions. The event is limited to 500 participants to facilitate high-quality networking and knowledge exchange through three stages and an EXPO zone.
