Cycling events and student tours held across the region

Various cycling events and political activities are taking place across the region. As part of European Mobility Week, several cities are hosting cycling initiatives. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bijeljina is organizing a promotional ride and an international street race with prizes up to 500 KM, while Banjaluka is hosting the 25th ‘Two Wheels are Enough’ cycling event featuring a prize draw and musical program.

In Croatia, the CRO Race has been elevated to the UCI ProSeries category, featuring 126 professional cyclists from 18 teams. Other local events include the ‘Healthy Life along the Mura’ ride in Podturen, the 2nd VG Cycling Event in Velika Gorica, and a traditional cycling event in Sisak organized by the Diabetes Society.

In Serbia, students in Subotica are conducting a 10-day cycling tour titled ‘Guardians of the Constitution’ as part of a pre-election campaign for the ‘Students List – Students Win’ movement. The tour aims to promote the Serbian Constitution across various cities.
