Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina announce land sales

The Croatian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has announced a direct sale request for a co-owned share of agricultural land located in the Municipality of Hercegovac. The plot, identified as cadastral parcel 158/2 in the Oranica Gornja Gredica area, has a total area of 1,572 square meters. The market value for the Republic of Croatia’s co-ownership share is set at 2,187.36 EUR.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Municipality of Pale has issued a public notice for the sale of undeveloped urban construction land. The sale includes several locations such as Stanica Pale, Koran, and Mokro, covering various cadastral parcels. These lands are subject to the spatial plan of the city of East Sarajevo and are categorized within urban construction zones.
