Croatia culinary awards recognize top restaurants and chefs

The 15th edition of the Dobri restorani awards was held in Zagreb, celebrating Croatia’s leading culinary talent, restaurants, and chefs. The awards, organized by Jutarnji list and Dobra hrana, evaluated establishments based on quality, creativity, consistency, and service.

Key winners include Konoba Jakanin Jasenice for best traditional restaurant and Bistro Beška for best creative urban cuisine. In the high-category hotel restaurant segment, Olivier in Split took the top spot. Noel was named Croatia’s best fine-dining restaurant for 2026.

Individual honors were also presented, with Hrvoje Kroflin named Chef of the Year, Klara Bertek Jelisić as Young Chef of the Year, and Marija Prša as Pastry Chef of the Year. The New Name on the Scene award was granted to NURÉ.
