Croatia grants EU funds to 12 municipalities for infrastructure and community projects

The Ministry of Regional Development and EU funds have allocated €260,000 to six municipalities in Međimurje County for projects such as a new sewage system at an elementary school, road reconstruction, bridge construction and public‑space upgrades.

In Koprivnica‑Križevci County, a separate call awarded €759,500 to 22 local projects, including access roads, pedestrian and bike paths, school yard improvements, bridge building, street lighting upgrades and equipment for communal services. The funding aims to support economic, social and demographic revitalisation in the participating towns and villages.
