Events in Croatia are focusing on female entrepreneurship and mutual support through networking conferences and community gatherings.

In Vukovar, the WIA Connect conference brought together female entrepreneurs, public sector representatives, and experts. The discussions centered on the challenges of starting and sustaining a business, particularly in smaller environments where job markets may be limited. Participants shared personal experiences regarding balancing professional roles with motherhood and the necessity of entrepreneurship when traditional employment opportunities are scarce.

In Osijek, the “Woman for Woman” event was organized to facilitate connection and the sharing of experiences among women.
