Croatia prepares for cultural festivals in Split and Ludbreg
Croatia is preparing for several significant cultural and religious events. In Split, the 'Stories of Diocletian 2026' festival features a unique immersive program titled 'Priska Vivit'. This tour uses the character of Empress Prisca to guide visitors through Diocletian's Palace, covering locations such as the palace cellars, the Temple of Jupiter, the Cardo and Decumanus streets, and the Peristyle.
In Ludbreg, preparations are underway for the Ludbreg Holy Sunday, scheduled from August 28 to September 6. This major religious and traditional manifestation is expected to draw pilgrims from across Croatia and neighboring countries. Due to renovations at the parish church, religious services will be held at the Sanctuary of the Precious Blood of Christ. To accommodate visitors, the city is offering free parking and free local bus services for residents during the peak weekend.
