Croatia Records releases Gold Collection dedicated to Slavko Nedić

Croatia Records has released a new Gold Collection edition dedicated to Slavko Nedić, a prominent composer, arranger, producer, and musician in contemporary Croatian spiritual music. The double CD features 42 selected tracks that represent a cross-section of his fifty-year career and his collaborations with various artists across the Croatian music scene.

Nedić’s diverse musical style spans spiritual music, tamburica, klapa, pop, rock, and rap, often incorporating musical motifs from his native Bosanska Posavina. Over five decades, he has authored more than 300 songs and contributed to over 70 albums as a composer, arranger, or producer. He has also been a key promoter of the genre through festivals, concerts, the radio show ‘Sacro ritam’, and the establishment of the Cro sacro record label.

The collection is divided into two discs, with the first containing newer works produced from 2020 to the present. Performers featured on the collection include Klapa Sveti Juraj HRM, the Zagreb Cathedral Mixed Choir, and various solo artists such as Ante Toni Janković and Zele Lipovača.
