Croatia Tax Administration announces first winners of receipt prize game

The Croatian Tax Administration has announced the first winners of its prize game, ‘Svaki račun se računa’ (Every Receipt Counts). The initiative aims to encourage citizens to request receipts for goods and services to promote a more transparent tax system.

In the first round of drawings, seven prizes were awarded via bank cards. The top prize of 10,000 euros went to Sanja Violić from Dubrovnik. Other notable winners include Ivana Karloci from Kotoriba, who won 5,000 euros, and Davor Soldat from Nedelišće, who won 1,000 euros.

Other winners include Marijana Timer (Zagreb), Milija Španjić (Jelenje), Gordana Kovač (Zagreb), and Tomislav Ruso (Dubrovnik), each receiving 1,000 euros. The prize game continues until December 31, 2026, with participants entering by registering receipts through the mPorezna application.
