Croatia tourism: Recruitment at Terme Sveti Martin and eco-action in Novalja

Various regional developments are occurring within the Croatian tourism sector. Terme Sveti Martin, identified as Europe’s first healthness resort, is expanding its team by seeking new staff in the wellness and gastronomy departments. Open positions include wellness therapists, cooks, and a deputy head chef to support the resort’s integrated approach to hospitality, sport, and active rest.

In Novalja, the local tourist board is organizing the ‘Eco Action Novalja 2026’ on October 3. The initiative aims to preserve the local marine and coastal environment through a cleaning operation of the Novalja Port seabed and Vrtić beach. The program involves divers, land-based volunteers, and local partners, alongside educational lectures regarding the submerged heritage of Pag Island.
