Croatian cities Osijek and Zadar announce business space rentals

The city of Osijek has launched a tender for the lease of six business premises for a period of ten years. Available locations include spaces in the Podhodnik area at Ante Starčević Square and a property on Strossmayerova Street, where the lowest starting monthly rent is set at 144.48 euros excluding VAT. The largest available space is located at Ban Josip Jelačić Square 20. Certain premises do not have private sanitary facilities, though nearby access is provided.

In Zadar, the city administration has decided to lease four business spaces for five years. These include storage and office spaces located at Kovačka Street 2 and Ljudevita Posavskog Street 1. Rental rates in Zadar vary based on use and size, ranging from 6 to 15 euros per square meter. Interested physical and legal entities must meet specific registration requirements and settle all outstanding obligations to the city and state budget to participate.
