Croatian firefighters rescue children from overturned car in Austria

Three Croatian firefighters from the Garešnica region intervened in a traffic accident in Werfen, Austria. Tena Krutak and Domagoj Počuć from DVD Tomašica, along with Ivan Mihatović from DVD Kajgana, were traveling toward Munich to collect donated firefighting equipment when they encountered an overturned vehicle smoking off the road.

Despite being off-duty and in a foreign country, the trio used a fire extinguisher to approach the vehicle. They successfully opened the rear doors and rescued three children from the overturned car. The driver sustained minor injuries, and emergency medical services arrived shortly after to take over care of the victims.
