Croatian Football Cup: Hajduk and Dinamo set for away matches
The qualifying rounds of the SuperSport Croatian Football Cup have concluded, establishing 12 of the 16 pairings for the first round. Major clubs Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split are set to play away matches, with Hajduk traveling to face NK Vardarac and Dinamo visiting NK Bedem in Ivankovo.
Several notable results emerged from the qualifying stage. NK Segesta secured a massive 18-0 victory against Slatina, while NK Tomislav Donji Andrijevci caused an upset by defeating second-division side Uljanik Pula 4-0. NK Slavonija Požega also advanced with a 3-0 win over Moslavina, highlighted by a hat-trick from Matej Martinović.
Four pairings remain to be determined via a draw due to identical coefficients among certain clubs, including Neretva and Zagorec, as well as Koprivnica and Zagora. The first round of the competition is scheduled to take place in September.
