Croatian municipalities celebrate community days and development projects

Local municipalities in Croatia held ceremonial sessions to mark their respective community days and review recent development progress.

In Mali Mihaljevec, officials highlighted completed works such as a new children's playground and a renovated bus stop. Future plans include a major reconstruction of the community center and firefighter hall, which is intended to serve as a hub for local associations and cultural events. The municipality also presented awards to residents for their contributions to the community, including a special recognition for Valentino Mikulaj.

In Koprivnički Bregi, Mayor Kristina Škoda Vajdić presented various activities focused on supporting youth, families, and animal protection. A significant EU-funded project mentioned was the construction of a bicycle and pedestrian path. County Prefect Tomislav Golubić attended the session, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between the county and local units, noting ongoing investments in healthcare facilities and school improvements.
