Croatian sports updates: Kelteksice, Karlovac, and Istra 1961 prepare for upcoming fixtures

Various Croatian sports teams are preparing for upcoming matches across different leagues. In volleyball, Kelteksice will open the SuperSport Superliga season with an away game against Marina in Kaštela. The league features 11 teams this season, including the Cro Team project.

In handball, Karlovac faces Osijek in the Paket24 Premijer liga, though the team may be without key players Benedek Pinter and Luka Radović due to injuries. Additionally, Dubovac-Gaza is scheduled to play an away match in Rijeka, while the Karlovac School of Handball travels to Zagreb.

In football, Istra 1961 is set to host Italian top-flight club Venezia for a friendly match at the Aldo Drosina stadium. Due to several players being away on international duty, Istra 1961 will likely field a younger squad, including junior players, to test their potential.
