Football leagues in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina begin new seasons
Various football leagues across Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have commenced their new seasons. In Croatia, referees for the First and Second Leagues attended technical and fitness seminars to review rule changes for the 2026/27 season. NK Jadran Luka Ploče made a historic debut in the SuperSport First NL, while NK Segesta secured a 3:1 victory against HNK Orijent in the SuperSport First NL.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, FK Velež secured its first win of the season with a 2:0 victory over Sloga Meridian in the Premijer liga. Meanwhile, the WWin league enters a critical phase with upcoming matches between Zrinjski and Željezničar, and Borac and Čelik, which could reshape the top of the table.
