CROC Cancún delivers 100 permanent contracts at Planet Hollywood resort

The CROC Cancún union has delivered 100 permanent employment contracts to workers at the Planet Hollywood Cancun by Royalton resort located in Costa Mujeres. These contracts, referred to locally as “plantas,” are intended to provide legal certainty and economic stability for the employees and their families.

Union leader Isaías González Cuevas emphasized that the initiative aims to formalize employment within the regional tourism sector. The event included participation from hotel management, including General Manager Jhonatan Iriarte and Human Resources Manager Luis Alberto González Vargas, alongside union representatives José Juan Poot Ché and Felipe Díaz Betanzos.

Union officials stated that the move is a result of coordinated efforts between the company and labor representatives to ensure solid working conditions and respect for labor rights, contributing to the broader economic development of Quintana Roo.
