Crocefisso Maggio to host billiards masterclasses in San Severo

World champion billiards player Crocefisso Maggio, nicknamed the ‘Maradona of billiards’, will visit San Severo from September 14 to 21. The event will take place at the ASD Billiards International facility on Viale 2 Giugno.

Organized by provincial champion Donato De Liso, the week-long initiative includes meetings, lessons, and masterclasses. The program aims to engage young people and revitalize the sport within the Capitanata region. De Liso is collaborating with Giovanni Triunfo, a National PRO category athlete, to promote the discipline, emphasizing that billiards requires a combination of physical technique and mental strategy, such as calculating trajectories and angles.
