Crocs launches Indonesian-inspired accessory collection
Crocs has launched a new collection of jibbitz charms inspired by Indonesian culture and culinary traditions. The collection features 12 unique designs intended for use on footwear and bags.
Five of the designs are inspired by iconic Indonesian foods, such as batagor and sate lilit, while the remaining six incorporate local slang and expressions. These phrases include terms like ‘Barudak Well’, ‘Cemana Wak’, ‘Goks’, ‘GAS!’, ‘Mantul’, and ‘Klee Nok’, representing various regions including West Java, Bali, Sumatra, and Jakarta.
Released in conjunction with Indonesia’s Independence Day, the collection aims to celebrate the nation's cultural diversity and use local culinary elements to share regional stories through wearable accessories.
