CroisiEurope announces new European river cruise itineraries for 2027

CroisiEurope has announced new river cruise itineraries for the summer of 2027, adapting to challenges such as fluctuating water levels. The company is introducing a new Balkan plan on the Danube, connecting Novi Sad and Belgrade to the Iron Gates. Other updates include revised routes between Vienna, Passau, and Budapest, as well as a new itinerary on the Main River between Mainz and Nuremberg to explore Bavarian heritage.

In the Netherlands, new options include cruises around Amsterdam and the IJsselmeer, alongside routes connecting Amsterdam to the Moselle Valley and Luxembourg. The company is also expanding its Upper Rhine program around Strasbourg and Basel to cover Alsace, Switzerland, and the Black Forest.

Broadly, the European cruise market for 2027 is seeing increased demand for culturally focused river cruises, Northern Europe voyages, and luxury small-ship sailings. Travelers are increasingly seeking shoulder-season departures to avoid crowds and benefit from milder weather.
