Créon to host festive tribute for local firefighters

The municipality of Créon is organizing a festive evening on September 5 at the Place de la Prévôté to honor local firefighters. The event, held in partnership with the Amicale des sapeurs-pompiers du centre de secours de Créon, aims to show gratitude to the firefighters who were mobilized during summer wildfires.

Mayor Stéphane Sanchis described the gathering as a relaxed event intended to allow residents to interact with the emergency responders. The program includes musical performances, a DJ, and food trucks. Additionally, there will be demonstrations of forest fire vehicles to showcase their operation.
