Crotone begins redevelopment of via delle Conchiglie

Redevelopment works have commenced on via delle Conchiglie in Crotone, covering nearly four kilometers of road. The project includes resurfacing the roadway and constructing new sidewalks to improve safety and accessibility to the sea in the northern districts of the city.

Local officials stated that the intervention is a strategic move to enhance the area's significant tourism and landscape potential. The works were scheduled to begin at the end of the summer season to minimize disruption for residents and visitors. Future plans for the area include the development of a long seaside promenade as part of the municipal beach plan.
