Crotone mandates online appointments for demographic services

Starting November 3, 2026, the Municipality of Crotone will require citizens to book appointments online to access Demographic and Civil Status services.

According to Councilor Giovanna Lamanna, the new system aims to increase administrative efficiency, allow offices to better schedule activities, and reduce waiting times for citizens. Residents can book specific services, dates, and times through the official municipal website.
