CrowdStrike and ServiceNow announce major tech expansions

CrowdStrike has significantly expanded its Falcon platform's capabilities, focusing on the protection of artificial intelligence ecosystems and software supply chains. Key developments include the integration of the Falcon platform into the Anthropic Claude Marketplace and intensified cooperation with OpenAI to protect Codex agents. The company also launched Falcon Guardian for AI Detection and Response (AIDR), extending its functionality to the Google Cloud ecosystem to mitigate risks such as prompt injection and data leaks. Additionally, CrowdStrike introduced Agentic IdP for AI agent identity management and Real-Time Supply Chain Attack Protection to block malicious open-source packages.

Separately, ServiceNow reported strong second-quarter 2026 results, with revenue increasing 24 percent to $3.99 billion, surpassing market expectations. Subscription revenue grew by 24.5 percent to $3.88 billion. Following these results, management slightly raised its 2026 subscription revenue guidance to between $15.76 billion and $15.78 billion. ServiceNow also announced the acquisition of the Israeli AI startup Sweep for approximately $400 million to strengthen integration within CRM landscapes.
