CrowdStrike expands AI security platform with NVIDIA and Google Cloud partnerships

CrowdStrike has announced a major expansion of its Falcon platform, focusing on AI-driven security through several new product launches and strategic partnerships. At its Fal.Con conference, the company introduced SafeMind, a family of purpose-built security models developed in collaboration with NVIDIA. SafeMind utilizes an agentic system featuring two primary models: Red Tempest, an offensive model designed to emulate AI adversaries, and Blue Solano, a defensive model that applies real-world containment measures. These models are trained using CrowdStrike’s extensive sensor telemetry and threat intelligence.

Furthering its AI capabilities, CrowdStrike launched Falcon IQ, which employs over 50 AI agents to automate the assessment, prioritization, and remediation of security risks. The company also introduced Falcon Guardian, an AI Detection and Response solution providing runtime visibility and protection for AI agents across endpoints, cloud, and SaaS environments.

To enhance data integration and deployment flexibility, CrowdStrike announced several key partnerships. The Falcon platform is now available on Google Cloud, allowing for improved data residency and reduced operational complexity. Additionally, a collaboration with Snowflake brings Falcon to the Snowflake Marketplace, enabling customers to use existing Snowflake capacity for security deployment. CrowdStrike is also integrating with VAST Data to provide cybersecurity across AI infrastructure and data pipelines, and has expanded its Project QuiltWorks coalition to include telemetry from multiple security providers like Zscaler and Rubrik.
