CrowdStrike reports record fiscal second quarter results
CrowdStrike reported its best fiscal second quarter in company history for the period ended July 31, 2026. The cybersecurity firm saw revenue rise 26% year over year to $1.47 billion, exceeding Wall Street estimates. A key driver was net new annual recurring revenue (ARR), which grew 51% to $332.8 million, bringing total ARR to $5.84 billion.
The company achieved a significant milestone by reaching GAAP profitability at the quarterly level, reporting a net income of $5.3 million compared to a $70.2 million loss in the same quarter the previous year. Free cash flow also reached a record $377.4 million.
CEO George Kurtz attributed much of the momentum to the ‘Mythos moment,’ referring to the rise in AI-powered cyberattacks. As organizations adopt AI agents and automated workflows, the company’s Falcon platform has expanded to protect machine identities and data pipelines. Following these results, management raised its full-year revenue guidance to approximately $6 billion.
