Crown Allied Global Realty unveils 2,400-unit smart estate in Abuja
Crown Allied Global Realty and Homes Limited has launched the groundbreaking ceremony for ‘The Embassy’, a 2,400-unit smart estate located in the Wasa District of Abuja’s Municipal Area Council. The 101-hectare development aims to address Nigeria’s estimated housing deficit of 14.98 million units.
Designed as a 100 per cent solar-powered estate, the project includes electric vehicle charging systems and 20 hectares dedicated to commercial activities such as hotels, shops, and pharmaceutical businesses. Housing options range from two-bedroom flats to five-bedroom fully detached homes. To support affordability, the developer is offering flexible payment plans for low-income earners and mortgage financing through the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.
Dr. Gbadewole Amos Kayode, Managing Director of Crown Allied Global Realty and Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) Abuja Chapter, stated that the project is expected to create over 3,000 direct and indirect jobs while stimulating economic activity in the region.
