Crown Haitai releases fourth book to promote Korean sculpture globally

Crown Haitai Confectionery has released ‘The Future of K-Sculpture Going to the World 3’, the fourth book in its series dedicated to promoting the excellence of Korean sculpture globally. The publication features 12 representative Korean sculptors, including both mid-career and senior artists such as Park Chung-hum, Kim Ju-ho, Shin Jong-hoon, and Shim Seung-wook.

The book compiles 12 columns written by art critics and experts, analyzing the artistic philosophies and creative intentions of the featured artists. To provide an immersive experience, the chapters include QR codes that link to audio descriptions and video interviews where the sculptors explain their own works.

To support the next generation and international outreach, 2,000 Korean-language copies will be donated to sculpture majors at universities nationwide. The English edition will be distributed to major international museums and global art fairs, including Frieze Seoul and Kiaf, and will also be available on global e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
