Crown Heights hosts Pegisha Shabbaton and Wellness Summit

Nearly 2,000 students gathered in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, for Chabad on Campus International’s annual Pegisha Shabbaton. Participants traveled from 160 universities across six countries to attend the event, which aims to strengthen Jewish identity and provide a sense of community for students who often exist as minorities on their respective campuses.

In conjunction with the International Kinus Hashluchim, the Wellness Summit was also held to support shluchim. The program focuses on providing practical tools to manage the pressures of marriage, parenting, and professional overwhelm. Leaders emphasized that emotional and physical well-being are essential for sustainable community service.
