Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan opens 17th Salon du Cheval

Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan inaugurated the 17th edition of the Salon du Cheval at the Mohammed VI Exhibition Center in El Jadida. Held under the patronage of King Mohammed VI, the event follows the theme ‘The horse at the service of humans’ and runs until October 18.

During the opening, the Crown Prince visited various sections including those dedicated to breeders, international exhibitors, and traditional craftsmanship. He also attended equestrian demonstrations and Tbourida performances, including the Grand Prix of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Tbourida.

The United Arab Emirates is participating in this edition, showcasing its equestrian heritage through the Emirates Arabian Horse Society and the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority. The Emirati pavilion highlights the history of the Arabian thoroughbred and features traditional cultural elements such as Al Sadu weaving, perfumes, and incense to strengthen cultural exchanges between Morocco and the UAE.
