Crucero del Norte suspends long-distance services

Crucero del Norte S. R. L. has suspended its long-distance passenger services between Posadas and Buenos Aires until further notice. The company has also halted ticket sales through both its physical offices and its online platform.

While official communications specifically highlighted the suspension of the route connecting the capital of Misiones to Buenos Aires, workers in the sector indicated that all national long-distance destinations are currently suspended, though medium-distance services remain operational. The company stated that its call center will contact passengers with existing tickets to manage refunds or rescheduling.

The company has not yet provided a specific reason for the cessation of activities or a date for when services might resume. This follows a recent period of labor tension in late August, where employees had engaged in a blockade and work stoppage due to delays in salary payments.
