Cruise lines roll out new European itineraries for 2027‑2028

Hapag‑Lloyd Cruises will repeat its "Gatsby Nights on High Sea" themed luxury cruise aboard the MS EUROPA from 27 to 31 May 2027. The four‑night short voyage will sail the French Riviera, the Italian Riviera and Corsica, stopping in Portofino, Saint‑Tropez, Cannes, Nice and Corsica. Guests will experience 1920s‑inspired entertainment and a near 1:1 guest‑to‑crew ratio. Lisa Wilken, Head of Luxury at Hapag‑Lloyd Cruises, said the previous edition received an "overwhelming" response from guests.

Princess Cruises announced its 2028 European season, deploying six ships on routes across northern Europe, the Mediterranean and trans‑Atlantic passages. New calls will be made at the Irish ports Galway and Killybegs, and the program will cover 128 destinations in 37 countries, including Stockholm, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Belfast, Reykjavík, Athens, Pompeii, Barcelona, Lisbon, Dubrovnik, Florence, Istanbul, Ibiza and Split. Highlights feature visits to 101 UNESCO World Heritage sites, longer shore stays and the debut of a 54‑day "Pole‑to‑Pole Odyssey" that links Antarctica with the Arctic.
